Chicken Little 2005 Game Review
Disney's Chicken Little 2005 is an action-adventure game that takes you on hair-raising adventures with the characters from the movie. Use cool moves like rocket jet packs, slingshots and catapults to complete each level. But there are also a lot of challenges and it takes hero power to save the day.
Based on Walt Disney's feature 3D animation film, Chicken Little 2005 is an action-adventure that follows the story of a little bird who believes the world is about to come to an end. Join him on his adventure and explore different locations like a pond, a farm, an oak tree, and more.
Chicken Little (2005) is a classic children's movie-to-game adaptation that stands out against the drab and dated graphics found in many similar titles. The game's simplicity and eye-catching scenarios are a welcome treat for kids, and will surely entertain them for hours on end.
Character Modeling
Unlike most 2D animators, who tend to use separate pieces of geometry for each body part, the artists at Alias Studios hand-modeled all the characters in Maya. Chicken Little's 5636 polygons, for example, were created using subdivision surfaces. Runt of the Litter had 6627 polygons, and Abby Mallard had 12,781, half of which reside in her hair alone.
Styling, Color and Lighting
Animators studied the staging and coloring of legendary Disney artist Mary Blair-and the films she influenced-to create Chicken Little's sets and characters. They designed shots so that characters appeared light over dark or dark over light, with theatrical pools of light to guide the viewer's eye.
